Training and Development

Developmedica

I have known Tony Woollett for a number of years so I am well placed to give an insight into the way he works and thinks as a facilitator, what makes the man tick? Tony is well known for his thorough persona so the organisation and structured delivery of courses is a must for us working with an audience which is brought up on lecture. But hang on, Tony has a subtle sense of humour and impeccable timing, so it is a relief to know that he partners well with our particular audiences who find his approach refreshing, inter active and challenging. His ability to help delegates see what he is getting at through analogy or story based methods is impressive. Feedback from programmes which Tony has run for us have always been excellent. The diversity of our programmes means our facilitators have to have impeccable and professional skills and that is why we are pleased to have Tony partnering with our team.

I'm the Training Manager of Developmedica Limited, we help Doctors within their given sphere in terms of potential and skill development. Developmedica is recognised for CPD accreditation and many of the values of the CPD foundation run hand in hand with our own, we aim to help individuals achieve their own potential as well as becoming the number one supplier of programmes to improve the health of the nation through the development of the individual.
